Exchange and Return Policy

 

If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund minus any original shipping charges within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in their original condition. Submit a ticket by contacting us at returns@shadeitude.comand we will do the best we can.

  • Exchange - You can ship the item(s) to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt. Keep in mind our inventory and stock changes on a continual basis so an exchange may not always be available for an item your requesting.  However, you are responsible for the return shipping.
  • Return and Refund - There is no doubt that you can return the item(s) and get a refund if an exchange is not your choice. A partial or a full refund will be offered upon acceptance. However, you need to pay the return shipping fee and send the original package back us.

    EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unworn and have the label attached.
    • Items must be received in original packaging.

        BOGO

        Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for an exchange or for store credit. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased pair and the other being the free pair.

        If both items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded in the form of an in-store credit or refund back to the original form of payment.

        The purchased or free items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for exchange for any item of equal original value.

        If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned for in-store credit, the full amount of that original item will be credited to the in-store account.

        If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned for a refund back to the original form of payment, the cost of the original purchase will be split equally between the two items.

        SALE ITEMS

        All sale items that are marked as FINAL SALE are non-returnable. 

        BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

        If you received a broken or defective item, please contact us at returns@shaditude.com so we can get it taken care of right away! Damage claims can only be accepted up to three days after tracking states the package has been delivered. We'll work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge. If you would like to place a damage claim, please email us at returns@shadeitude.com. Please include your order number, a photo of stated damages, and date of purchase within the body of the email.

        SHIPPING FEE

        Shadeitude is not responsible for the returning shipping fee. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.

        PACKAGE RETURNS

        • Please don't return directly to the address on the received package.
        • We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.       
                                    

            Returns will NOT be accepted without contacting our returns department first at returns@shadeitude.com. Please include your order number, a photo of the item being returned (if damaged), and date of purchase within the body of the email.  Also, state why you’re requesting a refund or why you would like to return the item. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

            REFUNDS

            Order cancellation and refund is only accepted within 1 hour after order confirmation.

            Returns/exchanges will be processed in 5-7 business days.

            In most cases, refunds will be issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks before the credit appears on your credit card statement (PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately).

            HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

            Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our returns department first at returns@shadeitude.comfor further help.

            Step 2: If you want to exchange, it's easy! Just inform us of the item you want to exchange item for. If you return for refund, our Accounting Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.

            Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, please contact us for a copy)

            Step 4: Send it off. Affix your printed shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey. 

            Please allow 7 business days for package transit, plus an additional 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.

            We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete.
